About the job

Our leading, internationally oriented law firm with offices in Zurich, Geneva and Lausanne is looking to strengthen its team in Zurich immediately or by arrangement with a committed and reliable partner assistant.

Your area of responsibility:

• Support in client care
• Correspondence in German and English
• Processing extensive contract documents
• Service recording and invoicing
• Telephone and appointment coordination, organisation of client meetings and business trips
• Data maintenance for Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Managing filing, dossier maintenance and other administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Commercial training or Matura (Swiss school-leaving certificate)
• Initial professional experience in a comparable environment
• Confident German and very good English skills
• Good MS Office skills and flair for IT
• Independent, service-oriented and team-capable personality with a quick grasp, accustomed to precise work
