Production Planning Employee (m/f/d)
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring on-time customer deliveries
- Scheduling the allocation of production machines in collaboration with the department heads of our production and related rough/fine planning of the manufacturing of our products, including deadline monitoring of ongoing orders
- Procurement of raw materials, components, and operating resources
- Creation and processing of purchase orders, deadline monitoring and controls
- Order placement with external suppliers including deadline monitoring and all necessary clarifications
- Close cooperation with department heads in production, external suppliers, the sales department, our IT, and our sister company in the Czech Republic
- Introduction of new products, master data maintenance as well as deadline monitoring
- Independent inventory management of individual product groups
- Invoice verification from suppliers
Your profile
- Commercial or technical basic training with commercial further education
- Sound knowledge in production control and planning (PPS) of mass production
- Solid SAP knowledge in modules PP and MM
- Assertive
- Strong analytical skills and interconnected thinking
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
