Back-Office Investment Fund Manager - Morges - Permanent Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of an independent financial company based in Morges, a Back-Office Investment Fund Manager, for a permanent position.

Your main duties will be as follows:

- Manage investment fund administration: subscriptions, redemptions and investor follow-up;
- Coordinate communications with custodian banks, auditors and accounting partners;
- Develop reporting and financial monitoring tools;
- Participate in the automation and optimisation of internal processes;
- Contribute to regulatory monitoring and act as deputy to the Risk & Compliance Officer;
- Participate in back-office activities and fee management.

Profile sought:

- Higher education in finance, management or economics, or equivalent;
- Proven experience in fund administration, fund accounting or banking environment;
- Good command of Excel and ideally Power BI, Power Query or Python;
- Interest in automation and process improvement;
- Excellent command of French and good level of English; German appreciated;
- Autonomy, rigour, pragmatism and excellent team spirit;
- Ability to thrive in a small-sized organisation.
