What you will achieve with us:

• Independent leadership and management of demanding cross-departmental projects from conception through implementation to successful completion.
• Ensuring transparency regarding project progress, resources, risks, costs and goal achievement. You prepare decision-making bases and consistently pursue agreed measures.
• Analysis of existing business processes as well as development of practical optimisation solutions together with the specialist departments. This with a realistic view of benefits, effort and available resources.
• Identifying opportunities for digitalisation and automation of processes. You capture the professional requirements, structure them and formulate them so that the responsible internal and external parties can understand and implement them.
• Initiation and support of continuous improvement measures, as well as ensuring that these are implemented and anchored sustainably.
• Active support of change processes, simple explanation of complex topics and promotion of acceptance among employees and managers.
• Responsibility for the further development and maintenance of the process map as well as the process manual.
• Continuous development of our project and process management methods as well as introduction of corresponding standards together with the relevant stakeholders.
• You are a competent sparring partner for department and executive management on questions relating to projects, processes, efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Design and delivery of internal training, for example for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts. Coaching and support of project managers from the specialist departments (including Green Belts).

• Several years of solid professional experience in project and process management. You have demonstrably successfully led demanding cross-departmental projects.
• Comprehensive further training in project, process or lean management rounds off your profile. A qualification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or a comparable training is clearly an advantage.
• You lead projects with a high degree of personal responsibility, bring together different interests and set priorities where impact, feasibility and benefit are greatest.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured approach to problem solving.

• You have a good sense for risks, controls and comprehensible documentation in a quality- and data protection-sensitive environment.
• Confident appearance, target group-appropriate communication at all hierarchical levels and the ability to explain complex topics simply and understandably.
• You confidently moderate workshops, structure different viewpoints and pragmatically lead participants to viable decisions.
• Fluent German as well as good English skills.
• Team spirit is natural to you despite a high degree of independence.
