What you can achieve
- You reliably ensure the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of the HVAC infrastructure.
- Maintenance work is coordinated, prioritised and implemented efficiently.
- You systematically analyse technical faults in all buildings and resolve them sustainably.
- You actively contribute to and implement energy optimisations and technical improvements.
- You are actively involved in the installation and commissioning of new systems.
- In projects such as conversions, new builds or special assignments, you support with your expertise and ensure documentation and implementation according to internal standards.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration technology and sound expertise in the HVAC field
- Several years of experience in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, as well as experience in coordinating and distributing tasks
- Fluent German, good MS Office skills
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Independent, strong in implementation and resilient – even when "everything happens at once"
- Experience in coordinating external service partners and guiding employees
