- Professional and personnel leadership of the general ledger accounting team (7 employees)
- Responsibility for the independent management of the accounting of a group company
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS including reporting
- Ensuring correct VAT accounting (CH & DE)
- Preparation and support of internal and external audits
- Further development and optimisation of financial processes as well as ensuring efficient workflows
- Participation in and partial management of projects in the finance area
- Responsibility for group-wide topics such as bank guarantees and support with currency hedging
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines as well as legal requirements in the finance area
- Promotion of a continuous improvement culture within the team
- Completed further education in accounting (federal diploma) or business studies with a focus on accounting/finance
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a comparable leadership role
- Confidence in financial statement preparation according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS
- Experience with international VAT is an advantage
- Very good IT skills (ideally SAP as well as MS Office)
- Leadership competence with a clear, appreciative, and binding style
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and precise way of working
- High personal responsibility, resilience, and discretion
- Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for the development of employees
