To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the anaesthesia department of HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital a:
Expert Nurse in Anaesthesia Care
50 to 100% – Permanent Contract
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their family, respecting the care philosophy of HFR,
- work mainly in anaesthesia and occasionally in the recovery room
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming for continuous improvement of your interventions
- participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- title of expert in anaesthesia care
- ability to prioritise and manage unforeseen events
- proficiency in French with knowledge of German
- proficiency in computer tools
- proactive, dynamic and flexible attitude
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- rigour, flexibility and autonomy
