Your Profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the medical field
- Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
- High social and self-competence
- Strong organisational skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
- Willingness to actively shape changes
- Enjoyment in leading, promoting and developing employees
- Ability to develop sustainable solutions for everyday nursing
