Your tasks:

• Independent management of rental properties in Basel and surrounding areas
• Representation of owners towards tenants, authorities and craftsmen
• Managing terminations
• Property viewings
• Tenant selection including lease agreements
• Property handovers and takeovers
• Ensuring proper maintenance

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Relevant professional experience in property management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Native German speaker (confident in spoken and written language)
• Engaging, flexible and resilient personality
• Strong organisational skills
• Good communication abilities
• Entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, conscientious and reliable working style
• Workload: 100%
