For our branch in Münchenbuchsee (BE) we are looking for: Workshop Manager for Construction Machinery (m/f) 100%

Your tasks with us

• You lead our workshop team on site, promote your employees professionally and personally, and ensure efficient processes in repair and maintenance work
• You prepare cost estimates, coordinate customer orders and maintain them in the SAP system
• You competently support our existing customers and actively assist in expanding our customer base in the region
• You ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a construction machinery mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in the repair and maintenance of construction machinery, agricultural machinery or comparable technical equipment
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees
• Confident handling of IT systems, ideally SAP knowledge
• Organisational talent as well as an independent, solution-oriented working style
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
