Team Lead Calibration Services (M2U, Maintenance & Utility)

In this position, you report directly to the Manager, Head of Metrology M2U.

In your role, you take on the technical and personnel leadership of the calibration team and ensure that all measuring systems within the production and infrastructure facilities operate reliably and in compliance with GMP. You thus contribute directly to the quality and safety of our products.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing calibrations on production and infrastructure facilities
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions of measuring devices
• Evaluating and testing new measuring systems for process plants
• Conducting and evaluating metrological analyses
• Creating configuration plans, test plans, reports, and SOPs
• Assisting in the commissioning of new plants/devices
• Reviewing protocols and calibration certificates
• Leading audits and projects in the OpS M2U area

• Leading the Calibration M2U group
• Deputizing for the Head of Metrology M2U
• Planning, preparing, and coordinating calibrations and maintenance
• Handling inquiries in the field of measurement technology and metrology
• Further development and maintenance of the calibration system
• Supporting the introduction of new measuring systems and technologies
• Acting as a contact person between the calibration area, engineering, and production
• Promoting continuous improvements in the area of responsibility

Qualifications & Professional Experience

You are a responsible individual with a high standard of quality and bring both technical expertise and leadership skills.

• Training as a measurement technician or technician in the fields of automation, electrical engineering, chemistry, or comparable
• Experience in calibration, measurement technology, qualification, or automation
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
• Team player with initial leadership experience or leadership potential
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
