\n\n\nWhat you do\n\n
- Scheduling, handling and monitoring of shipments and vehicles import / export
- Planning of routes, commissioning and notification of those involved in transport/customs clearance
- Deployment planning of service providers and driving personnel
- Carrying out calculations, analyses, route optimisations
- Ensuring regular communication with service providers and customers
- Support and advice for customers and special customer transactions
- Ensuring prompt processing of customer complaints, analysis to avoid customer complaints
- Ensuring and processing of billing to customers and from suppliers
- Preparation of delivery notes, customs documents etc.
- Execution of general organisational and administrative tasks
- Completed training in international forwarding
- Professional experience in the field of European land transport as well as in truck scheduling
- Very good German and English skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written form
- Courteous manners, a friendly, customer- and service-oriented manner as well as precise and efficient work
- Independent and reliable personality with organisational talent
