For our client, a renowned Swiss company in the field of railway infrastructure, we are looking for a

Team Leader Electrical Systems (Southern Region - in Engadin) - (80–100 %)

Your Tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of the field service as well as coordination and organisation of the work of third parties and other specialist departments
• Comprehensive resource planning and scheduling
• Ensuring high work quality and quality standards
• Responsibility for on-call and fault service, fault rectification on operational systems and standby duty
• Ensuring occupational safety and health protection within the team, creation and monitoring of safety arrangements
• Knowledge transfer within the team and to suppliers, representing the client’s interests as well as participation in coordination and construction meetings

Your Profile

• Professional examination as Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety (BPEL), federally certified electrical installer, NIV training (Low Voltage Installation Ordinance) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical installation sector, including staff management and occupational safety
• High degree of independence, initiative and resilience
• Strong organisational and communication skills as well as team orientation
• Willingness for occasional standby duty
• Workplace in Engadin – at least 70% on site
• German language skills at least level B2, Italian language skills advantageous
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SAP advantageous)

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

Workplace: Samedan - Engadin / Graubünden Region

Workload: 80-100%

Employment: Permanent position
