Planning and content design of specialist and tool training were part of your tasks
You lead and conduct seminars in both in-person and digital formats
You reliably take responsibility for training modules
You create training materials and keep them up to date
You actively participate in projects and take over the management of subprojects

Your strengths

You have an advanced professional diploma in insurance and/or finance
In addition, you have professional experience in the financial sector, especially in the area of pension provision including collective, health insurance as well as legal and tax topics
You bring very good German and Italian skills (French is an advantage)
Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation are natural to you
You have a high digital and multimedia affinity as well as good Microsoft Office skills

Market-oriented base salary
