Your area of responsibility
- Planning and content design of specialist and tool training were part of your tasks
- You lead and conduct seminars in both in-person and digital formats
- You reliably take responsibility for training modules
- You create training materials and keep them up to date
- You actively participate in projects and take over the management of subprojects
Your strengths
- You have an advanced professional diploma in insurance and/or finance
- In addition, you have professional experience in the financial sector, especially in the area of pension provision including collective, health insurance as well as legal and tax topics
- You bring very good German and Italian skills (French is an advantage)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation are natural to you
- You have a high digital and multimedia affinity as well as good Microsoft Office skills
- Market-oriented base salary
