Property Manager in STWEG 100% (m/f)

In this role, you will independently manage a property portfolio in condominium ownership and take on a versatile, responsible position with a high degree of autonomy.

Your main tasks:

• Independent mandate management and administration of STWEG properties
• Organisation, leadership, and minute-taking of condominium owners' meetings as well as committee meetings
• Planning and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• Contact person for owners, caretakers, craftsmen, insurers, and authorities
• General administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Federal specialist certificate in property management or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience in property management in the STWEG sector
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of Rimo R5
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Resilient, service-oriented personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with a professional appearance
• Driving licence category B
