Managing Director
In this role, you are responsible for operational management and represent the company externally. Together with the Board of Directors, you further develop the strategic direction, ensure stage-appropriate reporting, and prepare key decisions. Your main tasks also include the further development of the property portfolio as well as the acquisition and development of new projects and properties. You will be supported by a committed team of ten employees and work with a network of external partners.
For this demanding role, you bring several years of leadership and management experience as well as proven expertise in strategic property development and acquisition. You hold a university degree, sound business administration knowledge, and further training in the real estate sector. Moreover, you strongly identify with the values of non-profit housing construction. Leadership strength and teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking, and service orientation combined with clear communication also characterise you, as do your decisiveness and your ability to win over diverse stakeholders.
