IT Supporter 100 %

Your area of responsibility:

• You are the first point of contact for our employees and ensure high-quality IT 1st level support (by phone, remote and on site)
• You analyse technical problems (hardware and software), develop the corresponding solution concepts and implement them independently or with the involvement of external partners
• You install, configure and maintain hardware (IT and clinical devices) and advise or support our locations
• You look after our industry-specific software and hardware
• You are responsible for the procurement of hardware and software including quality control
• Technical support for back-office tasks (such as automation of data processing)
• Participation and responsibility in various projects such as the takeover of clinics or the launch of new software

Your profile:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and/or ideally have a further qualification in the IT field
• You have a high standard of quality and a pronounced service mindset
• Your solid experience in support (receiving and resolving faults) as well as in client management, operating systems (Microsoft Windows), MS Office and ideally also Windows Server, make you a recognised IT professional; experience with ERP, CRM and telephony solutions complete your profile
• Ideally, you already have experience in ophthalmology or healthcare
• You are characterised by your analytical thinking, work in a structured manner and convince with your coordination and communication skills and are used to working independently and sustainably
• Team-oriented and motivated personality
• You communicate in fluent German; English is an advantage
