Challenge

Lived circular economy – using local raw materials, Schweizer Zucker AG and its subsidiaries produce food and feed, industrial intermediate products, as well as energy. There is no waste. In this unique, demanding, and sustainable context, you will take operational responsibility for the Aarberg plant as a member of the executive management and ensure exchange with the partner plant in Frauenfeld. With practical experience and a sense of reality, you identify further optimisation potential (e.g. in the energy sector) and create ideal conditions for the continuous development of operational processes. As a convincing leader, you set clear accents with plenty of scope for design and actively shape the company’s future. Your technical expertise, attitude/identification, and personality are effective and decisive for success. Tradition combined with innovation characterises the corporate culture.
