Your field of activity

• As a reception employee, you are the business card of our physiotherapy department. Both at the counter and on the phone, you stand out through friendly and professional care
• Planning therapy appointments is one of your main tasks alongside handling organisational concerns of our patients and employees
• Your duties also include correspondence with various stakeholders, general secretarial work such as ordering materials, creating schedules, etc.
• Taking minutes at team meetings and participating in organisational projects contribute to a varied working day

Your experience

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification in healthcare
• You have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical environment. Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office user skills complete your profile
• You are an organisational talent and can set priorities. High coordination skills and enjoyment of varied tasks are among your strengths
• As a team player, you shine through your communication skills. Your service-oriented, flexible and reliable working style as well as your cheerful and courteous manner distinguish you. Even in hectic situations, you score with your positive mindset and likeable appearance
