To support our team in Bern, we are looking for a
Customer Care Specialist 100% (m/f)
In this responsible and central role, you will act, among other things, as a competent contact person for all our customers (hospitals, doctors, pharmacies) and for CSL Behring products in the areas of immunology, hemophilia, intensive care medicine, and pneumology. Together with the customer service team, you will act professionally, responsibly, and promptly. As an important hub function, you will regularly be in contact with various internal departments (including Quality, Safety, Medical, Marketing, Sales, Logistics).
Your core tasks include:
Receiving customer orders in writing and by phone,
Order entry in SAP, invoicing of customer orders,
Advising and supporting our customers on various matters and inquiries,
Monitoring product availability and delivery planning as well as coordination with demand management,
Maintaining master data in SAP, monitoring the maintenance of master data in SAP, monitoring authorization rights,
Receiving and processing complaints and returns management,
Maintaining/analyzing the CRM system (customer relationship management),
Creating various types of reports,
Close cooperation with all relevant corporate functions to ensure compliance with processes and compliance guidelines.
Your profile:
You have successfully completed a pharmaceutical (Pharma assistant; druggist) or commercial training with good knowledge of the healthcare sector and at least 2 years of professional experience in customer service,
Your core competencies include good communication skills (written / oral) as well as a solution-oriented, very precise, and conscientious working style,
Your native language is German and you have good French skills. English skills are an advantage,
You are proficient in using MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have solid experience with SAP,
The position is currently limited to 18 months. However, there is potentially the possibility of permanent employment before the end of the 18 months.
