Look forward to exciting tasks:

• Strategically, organisationally and personnel-wise lead and further develop the Financial Reporting area with around 40 employees in Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Billing.
• Be responsible for the individual and consolidated financial statements as well as planning and reporting processes and ensure their quality.
• Take overall responsibility in Billing and in particular optimise the meter-to-cash process across departments.
• Drive automation and digitalisation in Financial Reporting further and establish future-proof processes.
• Take an active role in IWB-wide projects and represent IWB in administrative and specialist committees.

This is how you make us even better:

• Solid experience in Financial Reporting combined with a modern leadership style and enthusiasm for developing employees and teams and winning them over for common goals.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling or similar, ideally complemented by training as an auditor.
• You think entrepreneurially and have the ambition to actively shape the area and take it to the next level.
• You are passionate about digitalisation and automation and ideally bring experience with SAP system landscapes.
• With your conceptual skills, you think beyond individual topics and business areas and know how to drive complex processes and projects forward.
