These tasks will inspire you

• In this varied role, you support the team in managing fenaco and its subsidiaries in various insurance matters (non-life sector)
• You handle claims and carry out all related tasks such as registering the various files, appointing experts and forwarding to the insurer
• You assist the team in managing insured vehicles and also prepare insurance certificates
• You perform various general administrative tasks
• You maintain contact with various internal and external stakeholders

We look forward to this profile

• You have a commercial or equivalent basic education and further training in the insurance sector, preferably with experience in claims management
• You have solid user knowledge of MS Office applications and a good IT affinity. In addition, you are interested in digital transformation
• Independent working, networked thinking as well as organisational skills and a structured way of working are no problem for you
• You enjoy working in a team and are a down-to-earth, honest and open personality
• You are a motivated and committed person with great pleasure in direct exchange with our customers
• You are used to communicating confidently in German (spoken and written) – knowledge of French is an advantage
