What you will achieve

In our protected living area for people with a dementia-related development or in an open living area, you will take on the following tasks:

Professional and individual care and support of residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of supportive process care
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures in accordance with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the affected residents and their relatives
Contributing to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in the care and support process
Taking on shift responsibility in the department as well as house responsibility
Careful and complete maintenance of nursing documentation
Accurate recording of nursing and support services as well as the materials used

What distinguishes you

Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing specialist (HF, FH, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP) or an equivalent diploma recognized by the SRK
Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
Knowledge of the CareCoach software (nursing documentation) is an advantage
Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
Very good written and spoken German skills
