Your tasks
- Routine maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, both inside and outside
- Sweeping, cleaning, and maintenance of outdoor areas
- Performing small maintenance and simple repair tasks
- Snow removal and winter service
- Monitoring breakdowns and independently resolving first-level technical issues
- Coordination and follow-up of third-party companies and external service providers
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Handy and versatile, comfortable with small repair and maintenance tasks
- Able to work independently, with rigor and pragmatism
- Strong service orientation and customer focus, with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and take responsibility while demonstrating discretion
- Comfortable with IT and digital tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for administrative follow-up
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Category B driving license required
- Preferably residing in the Conthey region or within a 30 km radius
- Reliable and impeccable person (extract from criminal record and certificate from the Debt Collection Office required)
