What you can achieve:

Reception and information desk for patients, customers and employees
Prioritising patients
Recording and managing patient master data
Telephone support for departments regarding patient movements
Carrying out various administrative tasks

What you bring:

Helpful, communicative and empathetic personality
Quick responsiveness and stress-resistant character
Strong service orientation, flexibility and independence
Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C2), English and French skills are an advantage
Willingness to work night shifts including weekends
Minimum age 25 years
