🥜 Your role in a nutshell
For our next milestones, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) to actively shape our international success story. As an Enterprise Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle for strategically important and high-value customers – from initial contact through needs analysis to closing and long-term relationship management.
Your tasks:
- Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities and close new deals.
- Develop tailored offers and solution-oriented pitches for decision-makers (CEOs, sales leaders, etc.).
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand and manage strategic customers in the DACH region and new markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive, creative, and personalized outreach.
- Navigate complex organizations in a structured way: identify stakeholders, build champions, understand decision-making paths.
- Maintain all customer data, forecasts, and pipeline insights in HubSpot for reliable planning.
- Work closely with SDRs and marketing to optimize lead quality.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term customer success.
- Provide continuous feedback on product-market fit and sales strategy in international scaling.

You are a consultative sales professional who understands complex enterprise buying cycles. You build trust, deliver measurable value, and win deals that have real impact.
In doing so, you take on:
- Stakeholder management across various departments and hierarchy levels.
- Contributing to sales playbooks and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
- Clear and convincing value pitch – including confident negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented working style – even with complex deals.
- Drive, ambition, and a strong will to exceed goals and continuously improve.
- Enjoyment of a fast, dynamic environment with high ownership.
- Focus on relevant KPIs (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal size, ARR growth).
👪 Who we are looking for
What you bring
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced sales professional with strategic thinking, strong consultative skills, and true startup energy.
You bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the enterprise or mid-market segment.
- Strategic, relationship-oriented mindset and strong sales skills.
- Proven experience with long sales cycles and complex buying centers.
- Strong communication skills at the C-level.
- Fluent German and very good English skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident use of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
- Enthusiasm for a fast-growing startup environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience building or scaling sales processes in high-growth startups.
- Knowledge in marketing tech or referral marketing.
- Experience with international expansion (DACH → USA).
- Experience in banking and insurance sectors.
