As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with expertise, respect and commitment. Our institution combines two houses with four specialised geriatric departments, two protected dementia departments, and the Atrium – a unique offer for young adults.

What awaits you
- Responsibility for the daily routine as well as the central role as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors and the team.
- Participation in the management of the protected department with 23 residents as well as support of the department management in leadership and development tasks of a nursing team of around 25 people.
- Independent planning and implementation of care processes including documentation and application of existing concepts.
- Responsibility for the complete service recording in the RAI system as well as support for trainees and new employees.
- The focus is always on high-quality and resident-oriented care and support.
You bring with you
- You have training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent tertiary-level qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You enjoy caring for and supporting people with dementia and have sound knowledge in this area.
- Your humour, solution orientation and passion as well as your open and unique personality enrich our team.
- Leadership experience is an advantage and you are willing to continue your education.
- German language skills at least at level B2
