In the Customer Operations sector, you help shape the customer experience for those who have suffered a claim and receive benefits. What awaits you

In this role, you independently handle complex claims in the property insurance field, including for the commercial and industrial sectors.

• You conduct on-site visits, inspections and investigations to examine coverage and liability issues.
• You assess the extent of the damage and prepare insurance benefit statements.
• You communicate with policyholders, their representatives, brokers as well as service providers and internal departments.

Your profile

• You have a solid insurance education (federal certificate or equivalent diploma) and experience in managing complex property claims as an expert/claims inspector.
• You have good knowledge of liability law and possess some understanding of construction technology.
• You demonstrate excellent customer orientation, ease in interpersonal contacts and exemplary perseverance.
• You have a sense of organisation and are flexible.
• You are fluent in French (native language); good knowledge of English and/or German would be an asset.
• Residing within the operational area would be an advantage.
