As part of the development of Swissroc Properties SA's activity, we are looking for a Broker to complete our team and support our clients!
Your mission? To support and provide personalized service to our clients throughout their acquisition and sales projects.
More concretely, your main tasks:
Establish valuations and seek sales mandates;
Prepare sales files and ensure the follow-up of the mandate (marketing and advertising);
Maintain a client database and accompany them during visits;
Finalize sales up to the signing;
Achieve sales targets set in agreement with Management and provide regular sales reporting;
Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring in the region (markets, products, targets);
Actively participate in improving the group's reputation, its various services, and brands in the market.

A fixed salary over 12 months, a commission system per sale made, complemented by an annual bonus aimed at rewarding investment and group and individual performance.
Contracts based on a 45-hour weekly schedule for a full-time position (100%) with flexible hours.
