HR Specialist, 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

In this versatile role, you support the HR department throughout the entire employee lifecycle. With your HR expertise, you bring in new ideas, implement them pragmatically, and actively contribute to the further development of our organizational and corporate culture.

Your tasks

• Participation in operational personnel management along the entire employee lifecycle (entry to exit)
• Competent advice to employees and managers on labor law, personnel-related, and social issues
• Involvement in the further development, maintenance, and optimization of HR processes, regulations, directives, and HR documents
• Co-responsibility for the entire recruitment process from job posting through selection to hiring
• Participation in payroll accounting including social insurance, withholding taxes, and other administrative tasks.
• Support and implementation of HR measures to promote an appreciative and positive corporate culture

Your profile

• HR specialist certificate or an equivalent education or further training in human resources
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
• Empathetic, resilient, and responsible personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written form as well as a good sense for people
• Authentic interest and openness towards complementary medicine, especially anthroposophic medicine
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
