Team Leader Facility Services EMS 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

This is what you can achieve:

Operation of infrastructures and building services systems at the Ems site with a team of 8 employees

Ensuring maintenance through inspection, servicing, repair, and improvement with internal and external resources

Calling up, negotiating, awarding, accompanying external service providers and acceptance of work

Ensuring adequate external cleaning (basic, maintenance, and special cleaning)

Accompanying internal and external audits in the facility area

Conducting training for emergency organisation members

Ensuring an on-call organisation and security rounds at weekends

Support at events

This is what you bring with you:

Commercial basic training

Preferably: Specialist in building maintenance EFZ, caretaker with federal certificate of competence or certified janitor

Ideally further training as a maintenance specialist with federal certificate of competence or certified manager in facility management and maintenance

Leadership qualities and leadership experience

Driving licence for aerial work platforms IPAF

Basic training in personal protective equipment against falls (PSAgA)

Basic training in fire protection SiBe fire protection

Ideally authorisation according to Art. 15 NIV

First aid training IVR level 2 or 3 is an advantage
