Your Impact
- Advise clients on complex employment law issues and create practical solutions with measurable added value.
- Design and optimise employment law documents, policies, and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Support restructurings and cross-border personnel deployments from an employment law perspective.
- Analyse employment law risks in the context of due diligence reviews and support transactions with well-founded recommendations.
- Connect employment law issues with related topics and contribute to holistic client solutions.
- Support the maintenance and expansion of professional expertise and actively shape knowledge exchange within PwC and the team.
Your Skill Set
- Law degree from a Swiss university with MLaw or lic. iur.; Swiss bar admission is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in employment law, ideally gained in a legal department or consultancy.
- Knowledge in related legal areas such as immigration law, social security, or pension funds is an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and precise working style with a high standard of quality.
- Strong client orientation and enjoyment in developing pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage.
