Spitex Chur

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily with 400 clients. With around 180 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden and provide care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations.

You bring

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
High sense of responsibility, empathy, keen observation skills
Openness and tolerance towards people of all ages and cultures
Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), understanding of Swiss German
Driver's license category B or enjoyment of cycling

Your tasks

Individual care and support of our clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
Performing medical-technical tasks (e.g., blood sugar control, insulin injections)
Administration of medications
Individual assistance in daily living and household management
Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining the individual resources of our clients
Communication with relatives and professional agencies
Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, and supporting employees in the autonomous team
