Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily to 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden and provide care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar surroundings despite age- or illness-related limitations.

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• High sense of responsibility, empathy, keen powers of observation
• Openness and tolerance towards people of all ages and cultures
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), understanding of Swiss German
• Driving licence category B or enjoyment of cycling

Your tasks

• Individual care and support of our clients with personal hygiene, dressing and meals
• Carrying out medical-technical tasks (e.g. blood sugar control, insulin injections)
• Administration of medication
• Individual assistance in daily living and household management
• Recognising, promoting and maintaining the individual resources of our clients
• Communication with relatives and professional bodies
• Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, supporting employees in the autonomous team
