For our newly established Integral Capacity Management (IKM), we are looking for a personality who enjoys coordinating, thinking in networks, and wants to make an important contribution to reliable clinic planning.
In this role, you support cross-departmental planning and control of capacities with a special focus on OR-related topics. You will work closely with internal interfaces, OR resource management, and other clinical and administrative areas.
Your main tasks:
In this role, you are responsible for the stable and user-oriented operation of our clinical information system and its further development.
- You take on mutual representation within the IKM, thus ensuring continuity of tasks.
- You handle OR-related topics, support OR resource management in planning and further development.
- You coordinate central interfaces between OR coordination, wards, external practices, and other involved areas.
- You participate in the operational control of capacities, bottlenecks, and related coordination.
- You identify process and system optimisations, propose improvements, and support their implementation.
- You collect, analyse, and prepare relevant key figures.
- You derive optimisation potentials from available data and prepare them comprehensibly.
- You support the further development of reporting, process, and control bases.
- You contribute to the documentation and preparation of materials, for example for the process and quality management system.
- You ensure a reliable flow of information with internal and external interfaces and support reporting to the Head of Corporate Development and Integral Capacity Management.
Your profile:
- You have training in healthcare or a health-related administrative field.
- You bring experience in a hospital environment, ideally at interfaces between planning, coordination, and patient management.
- You have a good understanding of clinical processes as well as the interrelations between bed, OR, and resource planning.
- You think in networks, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even with several parallel topics.
- You communicate clearly, service-oriented, and appreciatively with different internal and external stakeholders.
- You enjoy coordination, alignment, and the further development of processes.
- You are confident in using digital tools and have an affinity for key figures, evaluations, and process documentation.
Our offer:
We offer you a varied and responsible role in our newly established Integral Capacity Management team. You will contribute to an important development area of the clinic and make a direct contribution to reliable, transparent, and cross-departmental capacity planning.
You can expect a collegial environment with close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to actively shape new structures and processes. As an employer, we offer a lively, family-like, and exciting working environment, modern infrastructure, training and development opportunities, as well as attractive employment conditions.
A thorough introduction to your area of responsibility and support for your continuous professional development are a matter of course for us.
