Your tasks
- Planning, control and optimisation of OR processes
- Coordination between OR nursing, anaesthesia and medical service
- Taking on tasks in OR management in addition to previous original duties
- Continued active participation in medical or non-medical service
- Ensuring efficient OR capacity and resource planning
- Analysis and optimisation of processes in the OR area
- Quality and performance controlling in the OR
- Ensuring compliance with legal, hygienic and internal standards
Your profile
- Completed medical or nursing training or medical licence
- Position can be filled from medical or non-medical service
- Further training in OR management, or willingness to undertake this
- Several years of professional experience in the OR area desirable
- Willingness to continue actively performing original duties
- Interest in organisational, structural and management-related tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and team-oriented working style
