Our INZ treats around 50,000 emergency patients annually. We ensure professional and highly specialised acute care and support around the clock in various specialist disciplines. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a Nursing Team Leader from the beginning of 2027Nursing Team Leader

Your tasks
- Work as a certified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF
- Co-responsibility for the leadership and organisation of the nursing team
- Promotion and support of the professional and personal development of employees
- Ensuring structured induction and support of new employees
- Co-designing framework conditions for high-quality nursing and treatment
- Role modelling and promoting constructive interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Active participation in change and development processes
- Supporting the management team in organisational development in the new "Dreiklang" building
Your profile
- Completed postgraduate diploma as a certified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an emergency department in a Swiss acute hospital
- Ideally some leadership experience
- Completed management or leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
- High social and self-competence, as well as organisational talent
- Transparent and appreciative communication and leadership culture
- Enjoyment in actively shaping changes and developments
- Motivation to actively help shape the establishment and further development in Dreiklang
