We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Lead Apps & eChannel Management to lead the strategic direction and performance of Sunrise's customer-facing apps and digital channels.
This role combines end-to-end product ownership of our base app platform with channel management responsibilities, ensuring a cohesive, high-performing digital experience across customer journeys. From day one, you will be responsible for both the development of shared technical and product frameworks and the reporting, governance, and strategic steering of the entire app channel.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of product, technology, data, and business performance - designed to drive digital excellence and enable our executive team to better steer towards business goals.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
App Platform Leadership
- Define and develop the Sunrise base app as a unified platform across customer-facing journeys
- Establish and maintain shared frameworks (technical architecture, navigation, tracking, analytics) in collaboration with IT, Data, UX and other stakeholders
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle of core, reusable features such as customer account information, speed tests, and diagnostics tools
eChannel Management
- Lead the overall performance and governance of the app channel, consolidating insights across journeys and teams
- Create and manage centralised reporting to give the management team clear visibility of customer journey performance and improvement opportunities
- Represent the app channel in executive steering committees, influencing strategic decisions and resource allocation
Leadership & Cross-functional Delivery
- Lead a dedicated product & development squad, fostering a high-performing, delivery-focused culture
- Coordinate across multiple customer journey teams to align on shared priorities, standards and delivery goals
- Engage with senior stakeholders across IT, Marketing, Sales, and Service to drive alignment and business impact
YOUR SKILLS:
- 7+ years' product management and/or digital-channel ownership in telecom, tech or other complex B2C sectors
- Strong technical grasp of mobile stacks (iOS, Android, React Native) and analytics suites such as Firebase and Adobe Analytics
- Proven record of guiding cross-functional squads within agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experienced in portfolio/backlog management with Jira, airfocus and Confluence, distilling plans and performance dashboards into concise, executive-ready views
- Persuasive presenter with outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confident, structured and relentlessly delivery-focused mindset
- Fluent in English (C1+); German an advantage
