Reservations Agent (leisure groups & individuals)
Tasks:

• Managing reservation requests (groups and individuals) by email and telephone.
• Preparing quotes and commercial proposals.
• Entering and tracking reservations in OPERA Cloud.
• Monitoring options, confirmations, modifications and cancellations.
• Managing payments and ensuring compliance with pricing conditions.
• Checking availability and allotments.
• Coordinating with hotel departments and external partners.
• Contributing to optimising occupancy rates and additional sales.

Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality and reservations required.

Fluency in French and English (a third language is an advantage).

Excellent communication, customer service skills, rigour, organisation and priority management.

Comfortable with IT tools and reservation systems (OPERA Cloud or equivalent).

Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Key skills: Reservation and customer request management, quote drafting and administrative follow-up, proficiency with PMS (OPERA Cloud), customer and partner relations, pricing and availability management, interdepartmental coordination, commercial sense and results orientation.
