About the job
What you will do here
- Become part of an internationally recognized research team in the fields of Human-Computer Interaction, Educational Technology, and Business Informatics – with a focus on Human AI Systems (Agentic AI, Large Language Models, Digital Coaching, Conversational Agents)
- Actively collaborate with international and national partners from science and practice
- Design and further develop existing prototypes in JavaScript and Python as well as conduct laboratory and field experiments (Qualtrics)
- Present research results at international conferences and publish in renowned journals
- Contribute to teaching and supervise master students, for example in the area of Prompt Engineering
What you ideally bring
- A master’s degree (university) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary research and innovation (User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, web-based prototypes).
- Initial experience in planning and conducting (research) projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- English skills at level C1 (spoken and written), German skills at level B1 are an advantage
