Your area of responsibility:
- Comprehensive care and support of clients in their homes
- Implementation of treatment and basic nursing measures
- Independent planning and documentation of care
- Collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals
- Contributing to a high quality of care
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Certified Health Professional EFZ or certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Enjoyment of a responsible and independent role
- Empathetic, reliable and team-oriented personality
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
