At our site in Reinach, we develop and produce innovative industrial flow measuring devices for liquids, gas, and steam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Calibration Process Performance Expert.
What is this role about?
In this role, you are part of a team that develops new calibration concepts that meet the highest requirements in metrology and engineering – thus ensuring reliability and quality around the clock. Our highly specialized internal engineering and project teams work hand in hand to provide world-class calibration processes for our production sites worldwide. The position is based at the Reinach (Switzerland) location.
Specifically, you can expect the following tasks, among others
- You define, propose, and lead strategically relevant measures to improve the quality, reliability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency of the automated calibration process – continuously considering their impact on upstream and downstream processes
- You support complex technical projects with your expert knowledge and connect various disciplines and stakeholders around the automated calibration process – such as research & development, production, and technical marketing
- You design the lifecycle of technical process flows to increase quality, reliability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency
- You recommend data workflows that enable visualization and control of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- You continuously use KPIs to evaluate the performance of calibration and to drive the continuous improvement of processes
What you bring with you

You have a degree in natural or engineering sciences (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field) from a university or university of applied sciences, enabling you to quickly understand complex, customer-specific developed production processes and systems

You have project experience and have already worked with data workflows in a production environment

You naturally apply Lean Six Sigma methods and have experience in ISO/IEC quality management

You are characterized by team spirit, communication skills, and intercultural collaboration and naturally integrate these skills into your daily work

You have very good English skills, both spoken and written; German skills are a great plus
