Motor Equipment Mechanic / Workshop Manager Motor Equipment (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the workshop team
- Planning, coordination and supervision of workshop orders
- Ensuring efficient and smooth workflows
- Diagnosis, service and repair work on motor equipment and municipal machines
- Preparation of offers, cost estimates and invoices
- Responsibility for deadline, cost and quality control
- Support in spare parts procurement and material management
- Contact person for technical questions from customers and employees
- Assistance in the further development of workshop processes
Requirements
- Completed technical training, ideally in the field of agricultural, forestry, garden, motor equipment or construction machinery technology
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical service
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Organisational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of common computer programmes
- Driving licence category B
