What to expect
- You independently handle legal remedy procedures within the department's area of responsibility.
- You prepare legal opinions and conduct legal clarifications for the department management, offices, and other administrative units.
- You provide legal advice to various stakeholders.
- You participate in strategic projects and working groups, such as legislative procedures.
What distinguishes you
- You have a completed university degree (MLaw or lic.iur.).
- Preferably, you have professional experience in handling legal remedies.
- You are interested in constitutional and administrative law, especially in the legal areas of social assistance law, municipal law, and citizenship law.
- You enjoy working independently, remain decisive even with complex and unclear issues, think purposefully, and are accustomed to participating in project organisations.
- You possess strong analytical skills, a quick grasp, and precise expression in both spoken and written language.
- You enjoy exchanging ideas within a team and contribute your knowledge and experience to discussions.
