To strengthen our team at the Olten location with an area of operation in the Mittelland region (parts of the cantons of Solothurn & Aargau) on large construction sites and industrial plants, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Electrical Site Manager / Site Supervisor Electrician 80%-100%.Site Supervisor Electrician
What you can achieve with us.
- Assembly and Installation: Execution and supervision of low and high voltage installations in new builds and renovations for customers in various industries.
- Team Coordination: Leading the installation team and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Quality Management: Checking work quality and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Planning and Organisation: Supporting the planning of construction processes and efficient organisation of work on site.
- Documentation: Preparing reports on construction progress and documenting installation work.
- Communication: Close collaboration with site managers, architects, and other trades for optimal project execution.
What defines you.
- Successfully completed basic training as a certified electrician EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership responsibility.
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership qualities and communication skills.
- Organisational talent and an independent working style.
- Confident use of MS Office and a category B driving licence.
