These tasks will inspire you
- Grain acceptance as well as management of grain silos and storage maintenance
- Grain reception, cleaning, valuation and storage
- Quality assurance as well as grain dispatch
- Maintenance and care of the facilities / technical servicing
- Support in ensuring logistics, product quality and traceability as well as hygiene measures and occupational safety
- Assistance with work preparation as well as work and cell planning
- Assuming the deputy role of the Operations Manager
We look forward to this profile
Ideally, you are a miller, mill technician, plant operator, mechanic and/or have an agricultural education or another technical basic training (or practical experience with conveyor technology in industry). You also possess technical and organisational flair and have a great interest in agriculture. You keep a cool head in hectic times and are willing to work extra during the grain and maize season. You enjoy customer contact, appreciate respectful interaction within the team and are physically resilient. In addition, you want to contribute to joint success with your proactive, independent, responsible and engaging manner and look forward to an independent role in a committed, small team.
