To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Product Manager (40-60%) who enjoys actively shaping the further development of our beverage and specialty assortment and accompanying the products throughout their lifecycle.

Your tasks are:

• Responsibility for sub-projects: from the idea to market launch
• Accompanying our products throughout the entire lifecycle, evaluations and analyses within the framework of portfolio management
• Monitoring the performance of our products and deriving relevant measures to further develop our product portfolio
• Observing market and consumer trends, contributing innovation impulses
• Supporting the development of innovation projects
• Close collaboration with marketing, production, sales, and purchasing

You bring with you:

• Education in the food sector
• Further training or strong interest in business administration, product management
• Experience in project management as well as perseverance to reliably bring projects to completion
• Experience in product management, innovation management, or product development
• Confident handling of analyses, evaluations, and structured working
• Creativity, innovative spirit, and a sense for trends
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and enjoyment in collaborating with various interfaces
• Openness to new things and eagerness to question boundaries
• High initiative and independence
