For our new Rehabilitation Center St. Gallen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

• Ensuring qualitative care and support of our patients as well as accompanying them on their rehabilitation journey in collaboration with a nursing professional
• Constructive and situation-appropriate cooperation with the interdisciplinary and committed team
• Co-responsible for the administrative, logistical, and housekeeping concerns of the ward
• Assisting in the training of FaGe and AGS apprentices
• Responsibility for material and medication management and orders, device maintenance, as well as orderliness in the ward rooms
• Planning and coordination of transports, processing ward mail and emails
• Maintaining lists and documents as well as supporting admissions and discharges
• Collaboration with technical, logistics, and IT via ticket system
• Preparing admissions and discharges
• Organizing internal errands

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
