The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for continuing education at the University of St.Gallen. It offers a broad portfolio of degree programmes, including various MBA and Executive MBA programmes, as well as open and company-specific further education. The Open Programmes division offers a diverse range of open continuing education formats and combines current management topics with practical further education.

As part of the programme management team and directly reporting to the Head of Programme Management, you will contribute significantly to the professional implementation and support of our Open Programmes.

• Ensuring first-class support for our Open Programmes participants in the areas of programme implementation, administration and participant support
• Professional and service-oriented accompaniment of participants throughout the entire programme
• Supporting lecturers and Open Programme Directors in administrative matters
• Continuous development and optimisation of processes to ensure the highest quality standards

• Professional experience in programme, event, education or service environments is an advantage.
• Experience in organising and coordinating programmes, events or comparable formats.
• Good Microsoft 365 knowledge and affinity for digital tools and systems.
• Strong organisational skills, high service orientation as well as a reliable and independent working style.
• Very good German and English skills
