Videographer & Motion Designer 80-100% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

• You independently create videos from idea development, through presentation, preparation, actual production, to editing / creation of motion graphics.
• Furthermore, you also take over existing video projects. You lead creative projects in the moving image area and can estimate workload and costs.
• Together with the entire Product, Content, and Communications team, you further develop the content strategy and provide input in the "moving image" area.
• You can expect varied formats: social media, website, image films, tutorials, podcasts, and more, as well as a motivated marketing team that values quality, brand understanding, and personal responsibility.

What we expect from you:

• You have several years of experience in pre-production, production, and post-production.
• You demonstrate your very good knowledge of PremierePro, After Effects, and ideally AI video tools daily.
• You have the ability to independently plan, implement, and manage projects.
• You have a strong brand understanding and a sense for translating the bexio identity into moving images. You also have experience in storytelling and channel optimization - you know what works where.
• Technical understanding of camera, lighting, and sound and the ability to specifically lead professionals is nothing new to you.
• High self-organization, assertiveness, and joy in teamwork complete your profile.
