With state-of-the-art technology and a motivated team, we focus on professionalism and quality.For our IT department, we are looking for a Head of IT & SAP Department 100% (m/f/d). In this role, you will significantly contribute to the digital advancement of our company. You are responsible for the personnel and strategic development of our IT and simultaneously take on operational tasks in the areas of SAP and/or infrastructure (50:50).
Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT department (5 employees, plus apprentices)
- Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the IT strategy
- Management of complex projects in the ERP and infrastructure environment
- Responsible for IT security (CISO)
- Participation in operational issues and user support (ERP and infrastructure)
- Sparring partner for management and specialist departments in all IT matters
Your profile
- Completed training in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field
- Proven leadership experience (e.g. as team leader or deputy IT manager) in an industrial environment
- Broad IT know-how and enthusiasm for managing a wide range of topics
- Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft cloud technologies
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- High degree of independence and personal commitment
- Helpfulness and enjoyment of diverse contacts
- Doer mentality: You see yourself as a strategic mind but also greatly enjoy actively shaping and implementing technical solutions (“hands-on”)
